Sam is a rock star frog (a rock frog) who has been on a ‘round the world tour. Sam comes home incredibly tired and grumpy to find that his beloved pond is in disrepair. Just at that moment, Tripp, an alien, crash lands in the pond, which makes Sam even grumpier.

Ultimately Tripp offers to take Sam on a trip through the galaxy to learn how to repair his pond.

2020 - Present Board Member,

The Women's Club, Sydney

2015- 2020 Ordinary Member,

The Women's Club, Sydney

The Women’s Club was founded in 1901 by a group of women who refused to allow the restrictions placed on them to stand in the way of their determination to fully participate in public life.

Events with prominent guest speakers remain highlights on the Club calendar and our Circles (a drawcard from the beginning), continue to cater to interests spanning the arts, architecture, social justice, technology and everything in between.

Once a meeting place for leading light organisations including the National Council of Women, Feminist Club and Women’s Civic League, The Women’s Club continues this tradition by hosting associations that support women.

In "Going to Ground" Joseph Conrad inspires a reckoning between a poet and an historian with the epitaph ‘Your strength is just an accident arising from the weakness of others.’ Joseph Conrad, Heart of Darkness

Writing Parramatta 2021 was supported by a City of Parramatta Council Creative Economy Grant. As part of the project, NWG published Parramatta stories, poems and images digitally via nwg-inc.com.

2022 Romanian Australian Anthology

"Move On" explores the practicality of love - within the bounds of time, place and real-estate - and is inspired by Proust's observation:

“Desire makes everything blossom; possession makes everything wither and fade."

English Editor: Sue Crawford

2020 These Tiny Threads Remind Me: Written in the time of Covid

Four of my poems are published in this anthology, two of them were made into street art stencils:

  • The Last Time I Saw You
  • Keep It Simple
  • This Street
  • Keep Moving
